IGL Genesis Technologies Limited (IGTL) has signed agreement with Hangzhou Beta Meter for acquisition of cutting edge smart meter manufacturing technology at an estimated cost of Rs 200 million.
IGTL is a joint venture (JV) of Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) and Genesis Gas Solutions Private Limited having 51 per cent and 49 per cent stake, respectively. It is planning to establish smart meter manufacturing plants across the country.
