In a notable development, the Bulandshahr geographical area (GA) was commissioned on January 06, 2021. A 14.5 km long steel pipeline has been laid and three online compressed natural gas stations have been set up in the recently commissioned GA.
In 2018, Indian Oil-Adani Gas Private Limited was granted authorisation for laying, building, operating and expanding the GAs of Bulandshahr, Aligarh and Hathras districts in Uttar Pradesh by the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board.
