Adani Total Gas has reported a Rs 1.46 billion consolidated net profit during the third quarter of financial year (FY) 2020-2021. This is 26.25 per cent higher than the consolidated net profit reported by the company in the same quarter of the previous year. The company’s total tax expense for the quarter jumped by 72.24 per cent to Rs 500 million in the third quarter of FY21 as against Rs 290 million during the same period in FY20.

The number of compressed natural gas (CNG) stations increased to 151, and 17 new CNG stations were commissioned during the third quarter of FY21. Moreover, piped natural gas home connections increased to 457,000 and commercial and industrial connections increased to 4,737 in the third quarter of FY21.
