Torrent Gas Private Limited has commenced piped natural gas (PNG) supply to households in Patiala in the state of Punjab.
Besides, it has laid pipelines in Rajpura to provide domestic gas connections.
Torrent Gas operates 26 compressed natural gas (CNG) stations and has provided more than 3,250 domestic PNG connections in Patiala, SAS Nagar, Sangrur and Malerkotla districts of Punjab. Moreover, it has laid 86 km steel pipeline, 440 km medium density polyethylene (MDPE) pipeline and is planning to provide PNG to 23,000 households in Patiala, Rajpura and Derabassi.
