VCS Quality Services Private Limited issued a tender for pipeline laying works for the City Gas Distribution (CGD) project in Chatra and Palamu Geographical Area (GA) on September 18, 2026. The last date for bid submission is October 9, 2026.
The scope of work involves laying, testing, and commissioning of underground Polyethylene (PE) pipelines network of sizes ranging from 20mm up to 125mm Dia., along with above ground GI/CU pipe installation (LMC) for PNG Connections to Domestic Commercial, Industrial consumers for City Gas Distribution project including installation of DRS /SR / Meters / Regulators etc.
The duration of the contract is eight months.
Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has appointed VCS Quality Services Private Limited as Engineering and Project Management Consultant for the project.
