The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) has notified PNGRB (Registration for Establishing and Operating Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Terminals) Regulations, 2022. The draft regulations supersede the earlier draft regulations web hosted on 28th March 2018.
The PNGRB has sought comments/views on PNGRB (Registration for Establishing and Operating Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Terminals) Regulations, 2022 from all stakeholders. Further, the comments/views are to be submitted to the Secretary, PNGRB within 30 days from the date of issue of the public notice.
