Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) is planning to engage knowledge partners for determination of tariffs for natural gas pipelines and city gas distribution (CGD) networks, reviewing operations of gas exchanges along with associated research work.
The brief scope of work involves transportation rate for CGD and transportation rate for compressed natural gas (CNG), petroleum and petroleum product pipeline; regulating gas exchange, providing expert view and data on other aspects of new areas like gas storages, impact on pipeline tariff due to hydrogen / compressed bio gas blending, tariff of hydrogen / compressed bio gas pipeline along with other fuel pricing and regulating other areas in the gas value chain.
