In a notable development, Patna’s 12th compressed natural gas (CNG) station has started operations. The newly inaugurated CNG stations has been set up by GAIL India Limited at Masauri and is expected to ensure easy availability of CNG to the motor vehicles in the region.
GAIL is rapidly strengthening the CNG network in Patna, Bihar. The company is working on a target of increasing the number of CNG stations in the city to 20 by March 2022. In October 2021, another CNG station of the city is going to commence operations in Bakhtiyarpur.
