The Board of Directors of Oil India Limited (OIL) has approved a joint venture agreement (JVA) between OIL Green Energy Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of OIL, and Hindustan Waste Treatment Private Limited (HWTPL). It would see the formation of joint venture company (JVC) that would act as an execution vehicle for the development, implementation and operation of compressed biogas (CBG) projects.
