Megha Gas, a part of Megha Engineering and Infrastructures Limited (MEIL) Group, has inaugurated its seventh compressed natural gas (CNG) station at Elvee Petroplaza, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, Tupranpet, Yadadri Bhongiri, in Nalgonda district, on the Hyderabad-Vijayawada highway.
In another important development, the company has also inaugurated its ninth CNG station in Rangareddy. The CNG station is located near the Raikal Tollgate, National Highway-44.
MEIL bagged gas licences for 15 areas across India, in the 11th city gas distribution bidding round held by Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board. It has won geographical areas in nine states, i.e., Odisha, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Karnataka, Telangana, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu.
