GAIL (India) Limited has invited tender for pipeline laying works for Jammu section of the Gurdaspur- Jammu Natural Gas Pipeline. The last date for submission of bids is June 11, 2024.
The scope of work includes laying 12”, 74.615 km mainline from chainage (Ch) 76.735 km to Ch 151.35 km and intermediate pigging (IP) station, sectionalising valve (SV) -4, SV-5, SV-6, SV-7, SV-8 and receiving terminal in Jammu in 12 months.
The project involves laying, building, operating or expanding a 12”, 152 km long natural gas pipeline from Gurdaspur (Punjab) to Jammu through Pathankot, Kathua and Samba having system capacity of 3.10 million standard cubic meters a day (mmscmd) with extra capacity of 0.775 mmscmd.
