AG&P Pratham has inaugurated its fourth compressed natural gas (CNG) station at Sirsi in Uttar Kannada district, Karnataka.

With this, there are 23 stations in the Uttara Kannada-Haveri-Shivamogga geographical area (GA).

AG&P Pratham holds 25-year exclusive rights from the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) to develop city gas distribution (CGD) infrastructure and supply gas in more than 278,000 square km area across its authorised geographical areas (GAs). Currently, it has laid 307 km pipeline for the project. It entails an investment of Rs 7 billion.
