Adani Total Gas Limited (ATGL) has slashed the price of compressed natural gas (CNG) by Rs 8.13 per kg and piped natural gas (PNG) by Rs 5.06 per standard cubic meter (scm), with effect from April 8, 2023.
Reportedly, the price cut follows the decision of the Central government to reduce input natural gas prices on Kirit Parikh’s committee’s recommendations.
ATGL has been developing city gas distribution (CGD) networks in various parts of the country to supply piped natural gas to the industrial, commercial, and domestic sectors and CNG to the transport sector.
