About 6.1 km of Piped Natural Gas (PNG) pipeline has been laid in Tanakpur, connecting 84 households. The process for providing new connections to the Karki Farm, Forest Development Corporation Colony, and Vishnupuri areas is underway.
Gasonet is planning to lay 1 km of additional pipeline to increase PNG connections in September 2026.
