VCS Quality Services Private Limited issued a tender for Medium-Density Polyethylene (MDPE) pipeline laying works, last mile connectivity and District Metered Area (DMA) associated works at Alipurduar and Cooch Behar Geographical Areas (GAs) on August 19, 2026. The last date for bid submission is September 9, 2026.
The duration of the contract is eight months.
Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has appointed VCS Quality Services Private Limited for engineering consultancy services for the project.
Alipurduar and Cooch Behar GAs have about 7,700 and 7,973 domestic connections respectively
BPCL is planning to lay about 108.56 km and 128 km of MDPE pipeline in Alipurduar and Cooch Behar GA in West Bengal
