Mahanagar Gas Limited is planning to provide one million new piped natural gas (PNG) connections by increasing the capital expenditure by 20 percent to Rs 18 billion, aiming to expand 8,477 km pipeline network.
The expansion aim to convert households from liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) to PNG. The company aims to triple daily PNG connections to 3,000.
Mahanagar Gas Limited has Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) sales volume of 318.09 million standard cubic metre and PNG sales volume of 115.61 million standard cubic metre as of June 30, 2026
