The Government of Uttar Pradesh (UP) is planning to install over 300 Compressed Biogas (CBG) plants at cow shelters in Uttar Pradesh.
The plants would use cow dung and urine to produce clean energy along with other by-products.
The project would be implemented in the Jalaun district with further expansion to other areas of the state.
