The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) issued a public consultation document (PCD) to declare Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited’s (HPCL) 28 km Mumbai-Uran Petroleum and Petroleum Product (LPG) Pipeline (MUPL) with capacity of 0.8 million metric tonnes per annum (mmtpa) as common carrier or contract carrier on September 8, 2025.
The comments/views are to be submitted to the Secretary, PNGRB within a month from the date of issue of the PCD, i.e., by October 8, 2025.
