The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has re-invited bids for development of compressed biogas (CBG) plant at Astauli in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The last date for submission of bids is August 25, 2025. Bids for the same were earlier invited in June 2025.
The project involves development of a new CBG plant primarily based on organic fraction of solid waste to treat 300 tonnes per day (tpd) waste on 10-12 acres land on design, finance, build, own, operate and transfer (DFBOOT) basis at an estimated cost of Rs 800 million.
