Adani Total Gas Limited (ATGL) has witnessed 3.5 per cent decrease in net profit in the first quarter of financial year (FY) 2025-26. The net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 1.65 billion as against Rs 1.71 billion profit in the first quarter of FY 2024-25.
The revenue from operations witnessed 20.9 per cent increase from Rs 12.39 billion to Rs 14.98 billion during the period under consideration.
ATGL has been authorised to lay city gas distribution (CGD) infrastructure to supply piped natural gas (PNG) to industrial, commercial and domestic customers and compressed natural gas (CNG) to the transport sector in 34 geographic areas (GA) solely and another 19 GAs have been allotted to Indian Oil Adani Gas Private Limited (IOAGPL), a joint venture company of Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) and ATGL, having 50 per cent stake each.
