In a notable development, Gujarat Gas Limited (GGL) has signed gas sale agreement (GSA) with Waaree Energy for supply of piped natural gas (PNG).
As per the agreement, GGL would supply 50,000 standard cubic meters per day (scmd) of PNG to Waaree Energy’s upcoming lithium-ion cell plant in Valsad, Gujarat.
Gujarat Gas is one of the country’s largest city gas distribution (CGD) companies operating in 44 districts in 6 states of Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Haryana, Punjab and Madhya Pradesh and union territory of Dadra & Nagar Haveli.
