Megha City Gas Distribution Private Limited has inaugurated its online compressed natural gas (CNG) station at Prakash Nagar in Khammam, Telangana.
Currently, Megha Gas operates 12 CNG stations in Khammam district including key locations such as Kothagudem, the temple town of Bhadrachalam, Madhira, Yellandu, and Palvoncha. Additionally, it plans to upgrade Raghavendra filling station in Khammam Town into an online CNG station.
Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) has authorised Megha Gas to lay city gas distribution (CGD) infrastructure in 62 districts across 22 geographical areas (GAs).
