Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) is planning to set up bio- compressed natural gas (CNG) plant in Ladhowal village of Ludhiana, Punjab.
It has submitted a proposal to the Ludhiana Municipal Corporation (LMC) for supply of 200 tonnes per day (tpd) wet waste for production of bio-CNG.
Besides, the Ludhiana MC has also planned bio-CNG plant at Jamalpur.
