Total Energies, IOCL signs agreement for LNG supply

In a notable development, Total Energies has signed agreement with Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) for supply of around 0.8 million metric tonnes per annum (mmtpa) liquefied natural gas (LNG) for a period of 10 years, starting from 2026.

The agreement aligns with Total Energies vision of expanding its LNG business.

Earlier, IOCL had entered into an agreement with Abu Dhabi Gas Liquefaction Company Limited for purchase of 1.2 mmtpa LNG for a period of 14 years, starting from 2026.
