Tractebel Engineering Private Limited (TEPL) has emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) for providing project management consultancy (PMC) services for the GAIL Vijaipur- NFL Vijaipur natural gas pipeline. The firm has quoted an amount of Rs 12.85 million. Besides, MECON Limited (L2) has quoted an amount of Rs 21.78 million. Bids for the same were invited by GAIL (India) Limited in February 2025.
The scope of work includes design engineering, tendering, procurement, construction management, commissioning and contract closure of the project.
The period for completion of work is 15 months from the date of Fax of Acceptance (FoA).
The project includes laying 24”, 4.281 km piggable pipeline from GAIL (India) Limited’s Vijaipur plant to National Fertilizers Limited’s (NFL) Vijaipur plant in Guna district of Madhya Pradesh with system capacity of 4.3 million metric standard cubic meters per day (mmscmd) along with installation of pig receiving facility at NFL Vijapur.
