Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) issued tender for laying of polyethylene (PE) pipes along with last mile connectivity (LMC) and direct marketing agency (DMA) activity works for city gas distribution (CGD) network at four geographic areas (GA) in Bihar on November 18, 2025. The last date for bid submission is December 2, 2025.
The GAs include Muzaffarpur, Vaishali, Saran and Samastipur of Saran district.
The work is likely to be completed in six months.
