State Level Single Window Clearance Authority (SLSWCA) has approved two Compressed Biogas (CBG) projects.
The first approval was granted to Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) for setting up 39,600 tonnes per annum (tpd) of CBG network in eight districts including, Baleshwar, Balangir, Baragada, Ganjam, Kalahandi, Kendujhar, Mayurbhanj and Subarnapur districts. The project entails an investment of Rs 9.6 billion.
The second approval was granted to Kineta Global Limited for setting a 8,250 tpa CBG plant in Ganjam. It entails an investment of Rs 1.7 billion.
