The presentation discusses the national gas transmission and pipeline infrastructure. Under ‘One Nation-One Grid’, India aims to create an integrated nationwide gas network, to improve clean energy access. It also focuses on expansion of gas pipeline network from current 18,700 km to approximately 36,000 km. The presentation also discusses the status of the approved and announced pipeline projects and the investments expected from these projects. The various issues faced while implementation of the projects have also been discussed.
