The Board of Directors of Praj Industries Limited has approved the formation of joint venture (JV) with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) for setting up compressed bio-gas (CBG) plants across India.
Both Praj Industries and BPCL will hold 50 per cent share each. This partnership will concentrate on the development, operation, and maintenance of CBG plants across the country along with the sale of CBG and its byproducts. The JV will combine Praj’s cutting-edge CBG technology with BPCL’s extensive distribution network and energy sector expertise.
