The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) has introduced the draft “Petroleum & Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Technical Standards and Specifications including Safety Standards for Door-to-Door delivery of Liquid Automotive Fuels) Regulations, 2021.”
The provisions of these regulations shall apply to door-to-door delivery of liquid automotive fuels. Further, the provisions of these regulations cover the minimum requirements for engineering and safety considerations in layout, design, operating procedures, maintenance, inspection, safety, emergency management plan etc. for door-to-door delivery of liquid automotive fuels.
The PNGRB has sought views/comments on the draft “Petroleum & Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Technical Standards and Specifications including Safety Standards for Door-to-Door delivery of Liquid Automotive Fuels) Regulations, 2021” from all stakeholders including general public.
