The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) issued a public consultation document (PCD) to declare Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited’s (BPCL) 293 km Cochin-Coimbatore-Karur Petroleum and Petroleum Products Pipeline (CCKPL) with capacity of 3.3 million metric tonnes per annum (mmtpa) as common carrier or contract carrier on January 1, 2026.
The comments/views are to be submitted to the Secretary, PNGRB within a month from the date of issue of the PCD, i.e., by February 1, 2026.
