Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) has issued draft guidelines for controlled utilisation of Multilayer Composite (MLC) piping systems and usage of Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG) manifold pipeline systems for Piped Natural Gas (PNG) supply in residential complexes.
The guidelines aim to ensure expeditious and safe roll out of PNG connections by City Gas Distribution (CGD) entities.
The comments/views are to be submitted to the Secretary, PNGRB within seven days from the date of issue of the PCD, i.e., by June 16, 2026.
