Oil India Limited’s (OIL) subsidiary OIL Green Energy Limited(OGEL), and Hindustan Waste Treatment Private Limited (HWT) subsidiary of SFC Environmental Technologies Limited have signed a 50-50 Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) for opportunities in Compressed Bio Gas (CBG) and waste management projects.
The collaboration seeks to combine OGEL’s institutional strength and strategic energy sector experience with HWT’s technological and operational capabilities.
