Oil India Limited (OIL) has commenced gas production from Bakhritibba Discovered Small Field (DSF) Block.
It has drilled three multi-well pads for supply of 67,200 standard cubic meters per day (scmd) and is likely to increase production to 100 million scmd gas.
The Bakhritibba block, located in Jaisalmer district of Rajasthan, was allocated to OIL under DSF-III auction.
