Mahanagar Gas Limited (MGL) has revised the prices of compressed natural gas (CNG) and domestic piped natural gas (PNG) with effect from November 5, 2022 at Mumbai.
The CNG price has been increased by Rs 3.5 per kg to Rs 89.5 per kg and PNG prices have been increased by Rs 1.5 per scm from to Rs 54 per scm. This is due to increase in the input cost and short supply of gas.
MGL distributes gas to 1.98 million households and over 4,067 small commercial and 360 industrial establishments in and around Mumbai. It has 296 CNG filling stations in Mumbai, Greater Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai and Panvel.
