Mahanagar Gas Limited (MGL) has reported 5.2 per cent decrease in net profit in the fourth quarter of financial year (FY) 2024-25. The net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 2.47 billion as against Rs 2.6 billion profit in the fourth quarter of FY 2023-24.
The revenue from operations witnessed 21.5 per cent increase from Rs 17.71 billion to Rs 21.52 billion during the period under consideration.
The total sales volume stood at 377.44 million standard cubic meters (mscm), compressed natural gas (CNG) volumes at 264.04 mscm and piped natural gas (PNG) volumes at 113.39 mscm during the January 2025- March 2025 period.
