Megha City Gas Distribution Private Limited has inaugurated its first compressed natural gas (CNG) retail outlet at National Highway (NH)-46 (Gwalior- Betul), Shree Shyam Fuels at Hoshangabad in Madhya Pradesh.
In the eleventh city gas distribution bidding round by Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB), Megha Gas has bagged licenses for 15 geographical areas across the country. It has won geographical areas in nine states, i.e., Odisha, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Karnataka, Telangana, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu.
