In a significant development, Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has signed sales agreement with Nepal for export of 240 tonnes per annum (tpa) liquefied natural gas (LNG) for a period of five years.
This marks the first-ever export of LNG from India to Nepal, delivered via cryogenic trucks to the Dhamra terminal in Odisha.
