Indian Oil Adani Gas Private Limited (IOAGPL) is likely to provide domestic piped natural gas (PNG) in Panchkula by July 2025.

Initially, the supply will be available in sectors 16, 17, 18, and 6 within the first three months, with plans to extend it to the entire city within six months.

Moreover, the supply of cooking gas has already begun in flats at Society Number 32 in Mansa Devi Complex, Sector 5.

The Municipal Corporation, Panchkula has authorized IOAGPL to lay the main pipeline. After the main pipeline is completed, separate lines will be installed in different sectors to supply gas to commercial, residential, and industrial zones. 

The main gas pipeline has already been installed from Mauli Jagran to sectors 12, 14, Singh Dwar, Mansa Devi Complex, and Suraj Cinema in Old Panchkula. Another pipeline has been laid from Ramgarh to Moginand to serve sectors across the Ghaggar River. 

IOAGPL is a joint venture company of Indian Oil Corporation Limited– a Maharatna Company of Government of India and Adani Gas Limited, a leading city gas distribution (CGD) company and part of Adani Group.
