In a recent development, Indian Oil Adani Gas Private Limited (IOAGPL) has commenced domestic piped natural gas (PNG) supply in Sector 11, Chandigarh geographic area (GA).
IOAGPL is a joint venture company of Indian Oil Corporation Limited– a Maharatna Company of Government of India and Adani Gas Limited, a leading city gas distribution company and part of Adani Group. It commenced laying PNG connections in Chandigarh in November 2016 and has since provided connections in sectors 32 to 38, sectors 40 to 51, industrial area phase I, II and Manimajra.
