In a recent development, Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) has inaugurated its compressed natural gas station on Najafgarh- Bahadurgarh road in New Delhi.
It is likely to cater to the fuel requirement of around 2,000 to 2,500 vehicles.
IGL is an Indian natural gas distribution company that supplies natural gas as cooking and vehicular fuel. Established in 1998, the company operates primarily in Delhi-national capital region (NCR) and its neighbouring cities.
