In a notable development, HPCL Mittal Energy Limited (HMEL) has signed agreement with Indraprastha Gas Limited for supply of compressed natural gas (CNG) at its forthcoming retail outlets.
As per the agreement, IGL will provide CNG to selected HMEL outlets located within its distribution network.
The collaboration aims to capitalise on the strengths of both companies, combining HMEL’s upcoming network of fuel retail outlets with IGL’s proficiency in natural gas distribution.
