The Haryana government has decided to amend the policy pertaining to establishment of retail outlets of compressed natural gas, piped natural gas and petrol pumps by grant of Change of Land Use through single window platform. The decision was taken to ensure more clarity in the policy for setting up retail outlets.
As per the new amendment, the minimum area for independent petrol pumps or fuel stations in the urban limit will be 20mX20m.
