Hariom Builders has secured contract worth Rs 429.05 million for combined station works for the Kandla-Gorakhpur Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) Pipeline Project.The scope of work includes combined station works of civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works and other facilities including mainline works of group-18, Choti Saryu to IOCL Gorakhpur and IOCL Gorakhpur to Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) Gorakhpur.
The work is likely to be completed in six months.
The project involves laying of a 2,805 km liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) pipeline from IOCL’s LPG import facilities at Kandla in Gujarat to Gorakhpur in Uttar Pradesh through Madhya Pradesh. It also includes laying a branch pipeline from Ahmedabad to Gandhinagar, Indore to Ujjain, IOCL’s Bhopal Bottling Plant (BP) to Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL’s) Bhopal BP and Kanpur to Lucknow. It entails an investment of Rs 100 billion.
