Gujarat Gas increases its stake to 7.87 per cent in GSPC LNG

In a notable development, the board of Gujarat Gas Limited has approved equity investment of Rs 1 billion in GSPC LNG Limited. With this, the stake of Gujarat Gas in GSPC LNG has increased to 7.87 per cent.

The acquisition aims at creating better synergy and integration in the gas value chain.

Gujarat Gas Limited is one of India’s largest city gas distribution (CGD) companies operating in 44 districts in 6 states of Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Haryana, Punjab and Madhya Pradesh and Union territory of Dadra & Nagar Haveli.
