GAIL (India) Limited and VERBIO India Private Limited have signed memorandum of understanding (MoU) for the development of agricultural-residue-based compressed biogas (CBG) plants across the country.
As per the MoU, GAIL and VERBIO would identify optimal locations for the greenfield plants and conduct feasibility studies to assess the potential and technical requirements for establishing the plants.
