GAIL Gas Limited has slashed the price of piped natural gas (PNG) by Rs 3 per standard cubic meter (scm) in the industrial area of Adityapur in Seraikela- Kharsawan district of Jharkhand. The revised PNG price stands at Rs 63 per scm.
The reduction is in line with the company’s commitment towards promoting cleaner fuel and supporting the country’s transition towards gas based economy by passing on the benefits of lower liquefied natural gas (LNG) prices to end consumers.
GAIL Gas Limited operates in 16 geographical areas (GAs) across the country.
