GAIL (India) Limited is planning to supply gas from Dhamra Port LNG Terminal in Odisha for its Mumbai-Nagpur-Jharsuguda Natural Gas Pipeline Project. It is likely to fill the pipeline from both east and west coasts. The filling work is epxected to be completed in one month. 

The pipeline project involves laying, building, operating or expanding a natural gas pipeline from Mumbai (Maharashtra) to Jharsuguda (Odisha) through Nagpur, Raipur, Bilaspur, Korba, Raigarh along with spurline to Nagpur- Chhindwara- Jabalpur spanning about 1,780 km with an initial system capacity of at least 10 million standard cubic meters a day (mmscmd). It entails an investment of Rs 78.44 billion.
