Megha City Gas Distribution Private Limited is undertaking development of city gas distribution (CGD) infrastructure in Kadgill by laying a 22 km steel pipeline network from tap off point to city gate station (CGS)/ mother station (MS) in Kadgill, Punjab.
Besides, it has achieved welding of 17.5 km, lowering of 15.18 km, 6” outside diameter (OD) steel pipeline in Kadgill.
Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) has authorised Megha Gas to lay CGD infrastructure in 62 districts across 22 geographical areas (GAs) in 10 states. Besides, it operates more than 130 compressed natural gas (CNG) stations and provides 0.1 million domestic piped natural gas (PNG) and over 500 industrial and commercial gas supply across its authorised GAs.
