Ashoka Gas Limited has successfully commenced operations in the city of Chitradurga in Karnataka by opening up city’s first compressed natural gas (CNG) station.
Unison Enviro Private Limited (UEPL), a subsidiary company of Ashoka Buildcon Limited, has been granted authorisation to develop city gas distribution infrastructure in three geographical areas (GAs), namely, Ratnagiri district, Chitradurga & Davanagere districts, and Latur & Osmanabad districts.
UEPL had received authorisations for the latter two GAs from the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board during the ninth CGD bidding round.
